Adult CPR with defibrillator and First Aid

Course facts:
Scope: 4 hours
For whom: The training is aimed at everyone. No prior knowledge is required.
Course participants: Max 12 people
Each course participant will train on their own mannequin and receive a competency card in Adult CPR AED.
Location: We come to you. You choose the date and time.

Training content:
- Control of consciousness and breathing
- Alarm
- Stable lateral position
- Blowing into the doll
- Chest compressions on a mannequin
- Combine techniques
- Using a defibrillator
- Scenario training with CPR and defibrillation
- Lifesaving in case of respiratory arrest

- L - Life-threatening situation (Assess and possibly move person from life-threatening situation)
- A - Breathing (Create an open airway and correct airway obstruction)
- B - Bleeding (Stop bleeding)
- C - Shock (Prevent circulatory failure)
- First at the scene of an accident (Prioritize and act at the scene of an accident)
- How the first aid kit works and who is responsible for it
- Place an unconscious person in a stable side position
